Corundum ramming material
I. Product introduction:
This product is made of high-quality high aluminum, corundum, spinel, fused and high-purity reburning magnesia as the main raw materials, and added with various binders and micro-powder materials with special properties, which are carefully mixed and kneaded. This series of products are high-grade spinel refractories with neutral and weakly alkaline materials, which are suitable for all kinds of carbon steel, low manganese steel, alloy steel, alloy cast iron, high-speed tool steel and stainless steel.
Main chemical composition: AL2O370-92% MGO 7-20%, particle size 0-5MM, bulk density 2.75-3.0g/cm3, and temperature range: 1700℃-1800℃.
Second, the product use:
The neutral ramming material can be used for small-scale steelmaking, casting and smelting of various alloy steels, and various materials such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, copper, aluminum, chromium, manganese, vanadium, molybdenum, nickel and common steel.
Third, matters needing attention:
Before mixing, the site or mixing equipment must be cleaned, and it is forbidden to mix other impurities, especially steel chips and iron, into the material. After stopping the furnace, add a furnace cover and slowly cool down.
Under the operating conditions of normal construction, furnace building, normal oven drying and normal use, continuous use: 250 kg-1.5 tons can work more than 160 furnaces; 2 tons-3 tons can use more than 100 furnaces; More than 50 furnaces can be used for 5-12 tons.
Fourth, the construction method:
Dry vibration or dry tamping. This kind of products can be directly used by users without any additives (including water).
This product is made of specially made high-grade materials, which has better performance in many aspects such as refractoriness, slag resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance. Therefore, it is decided and ensured that this material can be used as a high-quality lining material with stable and excellent performance under harsh or even harsh smelting conditions. The application scope is wider, such as the smelting of stainless steel, high alloy steel and high-speed tool steel. Applicable temperature is 1700℃-1800℃.
Ramming materials are usually rammed by air hammer or rammer, and the thickness of one-time charging is about 50 ~ 150 mm. Fire-resistant ramming materials can be constructed at room temperature. For example, if thermoplastic organic materials that can form carbon bonds are used as binders, most of them will be constructed immediately after being evenly stirred in hot state. After molding, different heating methods will be adopted according to the hardening characteristics of the mixture to promote hardening or sintering. The ramming material containing inorganic chemical binder can be removed from the mold and baked when it hardens itself to a certain strength; Materials containing thermoplastic carbon binder should be cooled to a proper strength before demoulding, and should be heated quickly to carbonize them before use.
The sintering of the refractory ramming material lining can be carried out in advance before use, or it can be completed by heat treatment with appropriate thermal system in the next use. The baking and heating system of ramming materials varies according to different materials. Ramming materials are mainly used for casting the lining of smelting furnace which is in direct contact with the melt, such as iron hook of blast furnace, bottom of steelmaking furnace, lining of induction furnace, top of electric furnace and blanking part of rotary kiln, srl. Besides being used to form integral lining, they can also be used to manufacture large prefabricated components.
After years of practical experience, the furnace temperature is lower than that of ordinary steel, and the service life of the furnace is longer.
